Summer Competition

1. Organizer

  • The organizer of the competition is PINO Pharmazeutische Präparate GmbH.

  • The competition isn´t affiliated with Instagram and isn´t sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The participants release Instagram from any liability that may arise from claims in connection with the implementation of the competition. This applies in particular to the publication and organization of the competition.

2. Conditions of participation:

  • The competition is open to all natural persons who have reached the minimum age of 18 years and are resident in the Netherlands.

  • Employees and relatives of PINO Pharmazeutische Präparate GmbH and its advertising partners and suppliers are excluded from participation.

3. Competition Period:

  • The competition begins on 13 August 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 18 August 2024 at 23:59.

4. Participation:

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will selected by random generator and announced in the comments on 19 August 2024.

  • The winner has 48 hours to respond to the notification and accept the prize.

  • If the winner doesn´t respond within this period, we reserve the right to select another winner.

6. Prize:

  • The prize for the competition is a selected product from the PINO Pharmazeutische Präparate GmbH range.

  • The prize isn´t transferable or payable in cash.

  • The prize will be delivered by post.

9. Reservation of Change:

  • The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition early, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or to modify its course. This may be due to technical or legal issues that prevent the competition from being conducted properly.
